Case File: CU 08-11 <br />page 4 <br />Spectrum High School <br />C&P Properties <br />Storm Sewer/water -Storm water falling on the parking lot will sheet drain to a low ditch on the <br />west side of the property, and flow overland to a storm pond north of the modular building. <br />Landscaping <br />The applicant planted a row of thirteen autumn blaze maple trees along CSAH 12. They are <br />proposing to add 12-feet of bituminous, giving parking stall depths of 20-feet. The bituminous <br />surface would be 5-feet from the trees.
