Engineering <br />3) The City Engineer is requesting a Drainage and Utility Easement be shown on the property to <br />protect the rain garden and fire hydrant and associated watermain slated for the property. <br />4) A NPDES permit and SWPPP plan are required prior to final approval of construction drawings. <br />5) All required subdivision/park information shall be provided in an electronic format (.dwg file) as <br />required by the City Ordinance and Land Use Application prior to recording of the plat. <br />Miscellaneous <br />6) This approval of the final plat shall expire after 1 year, unless the property owner or owners agent <br />has received an extension from the City Council. <br />Revised drawings should be provided in the following formats: Two full. size sets, four 11x17 <br />reduced sets.
