The site is also served by ERMU and Northstar <br />Access. The exterior of these temporary buildings can be very attractive (See Architect <br />Plan). Landscaping can be incorporated as screening (See Landscape Plan). The <br />modular classrooms must comply with all local and state building codes. The required <br />Accessory Building used as a severe storm shelter is in place and can accommodate <br />well over 500 students and faculty. <br />It is the hope of Riverside Companies and Spectrum High School that the City of Elk <br />River will grant us this Interim Use Permit.
