As part of <br />our records disaster plan we keep a duplicate copy of permanent records that are on <br />microfiche in the safety deposit box. <br /> <br />The bank requires that the City adopt a resolution authorizing the use of a safety deposit <br />box. <br /> <br />Action Requested: <br /> <br />Council motion adopting the attached resolution. <br /> <br />S:\COUNCIL\Sandy\Safety Deposit Box.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
