Because <br />of this, there are some limitations on what can be done with this property. The <br />setbacks for this property are as follows: <br />Structure setback - 50 feet from the Ordinary High Water Level (OHWL) of Lake <br />Orono <br />Top of bluff setback - 30 feet (a survey would need to be completed to determine if <br />there is a bluff at this site) <br />The floodplain in this area is classified as floodway. In the floodway, no structures <br />(temporary or permanent) are allowed. In this area, only uses with a low flood damage <br />potential which do not obstruct flood flow would be allowed. <br />I have met with a few interested developers on this property and have informed them of <br />these conditions.
