Each person signing below on behalf of the <br />Permittee does so upon the authority of the Board of Directors of the Permittee, and a <br />resolution documenting such authority is attached hereto. This approval shall expire two <br />years from the date of City Council approval unless the proposed work described herein has <br />been substantially completed or unless extended as provided in the City Code.
