3. Orono Hills <br />Roadways consist of 23 foot wide bituminous pavement. Based on condition surveys of 2003 photos <br />this pavement rates a pavement condition index (PCI) of 5. The area was platted in 1960. There is <br />no record of when the road was originally constructed. There is no history of seal coat maintenance. <br />The street division placed a blade overlay on a portion of 182"d Avenue in 2007.
