Reconstruction of <br />Main Street and the Main Street/Highway 169 <br />intersection will mainly be a developer expense. Some <br />City MSA funds may also need to used. <br />$3 million total project - $1.25 million for trunk and <br />lateral sewer and water and $1.75 million for <br />reconstructed streets. <br />$3 million total project -The developer will finance and <br />pay for all of the improvements in the commercial <br />project. The City will bond for $2.25 million worth of <br />improvements for this project in the s rin of 1995.
