THIS WILL HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED WITH FUTURE PLATS. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />A LETTER OF CREDIT COVERING 100% OF THIS COST OF IMPROVEMENTS BE <br />SUBMII'rED TO THE CITY PRIOR TO RELEASING THE PLAT FOR RECORDING. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />A DESIGN BE WORKED OUT BETWEEN THE CITY ENGINEER, THE DEVELOPER <br />AND THE TWO HOMEOWNERS DIRECTLY TO THE NORTH, TO ALLOW MORE <br />DIRECT ACCESS TO THEIR HOMES. COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE <br />IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER. <br />INCOMPLETION OF THIS REQUIREMENT WILL NOT DELAY THE RECORDING OF <br />THE PLAT. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />MAINTAIN A NO CUT ZONE ALONG THE NORTH 50 FEET OF OUTLOT B. IN <br />ADDITION, A NO CUT ZONE SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED BEYOND THE EASTERN <br />EDGE OF THE PLAT FOR A DISTANCE OF 50'. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />THAT 50% OF THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE SIGNALIZATION COSTS BE PAID BY <br />THE DEVELOPER. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-1. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ OPPOSED. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dietz indicated he opposed because he disagreed with item <br />#19. <br /> <br />Windsor Development Request for Final Plat fLafayette Woods) Case No. P95-2 <br /> <br />City Planner Steven Ach indicated that a request for final plat has been made for <br />Lafayette Woods by Windsor Development. The original final plat consisted of 52 <br />single family lots along with 7 outlots and is located west of Proctor Street and <br />south of Ridgewood Addition. The current final plat now includes a tota~ of 75 <br />single family lots. Steven Ach reviewed the staff memo on this request. <br /> <br />COUNClLMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 96-13 GRANTING FINAL <br />PLAT APPROVAL FOR LAFAYE'rrE WOODS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BE PREPARED OUTLINING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS FOR PLAT APPROVAL AND INSTALLATION OF IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />COMMENTS OUTLINED IN THE CITY ENGINEER'S MEMO DATED MAY 17, <br />1995, BE ADDRESSED AND INCORPORATED INTO FINAL PLANS FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br /> <br />
