All pools and hot tubs should be fitted <br />to the landforms, terraces, porches and <br />decks. Above ground pools will only be <br />allowed on specified lots so they can not <br />be seen by the public or are made to <br />appear as "in ground pools". Review all <br />easements prior to planning a pool. <br /> <br />3. Associated security fences, retaining <br />walls, and lighting should meet require- <br />ments described. <br /> <br />T. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />1. During construction each homesite will <br />be kept clean and free of debris. Each <br />builder will be held responsible for debris <br />which blows off the site, so please police <br />your site. If the developer must clean up <br />for you the appropriate charges will be <br />passed on. <br /> <br />2.
