Site planting plan should include a <br />plant list containing scientific names, sizes <br />and planting conditions (balled and <br />burlapped, potted, bare root, container <br />grown, tree spade, etc.) <br /> <br />2. Regularly spaced 3-4" caliper deciduous <br />boulevard trees. <br /> <br />3. Front yard landscapes are to respond to <br />development planting and A.R.C. recom- <br />mended planting plan. <br /> <br />4. Front yard planting must include foun- <br />dation planting as well as both overstory, <br />deciduous and coniferous trees, understo- <br />ry trees and shrubs. <br /> <br />F. REQUIRED PLANTING BUDGET: <br />1. The budget for the Landscape Planting <br />Plan must equal or exceed 2-3% of the <br />home's value. <br /> <br />G. REQUIRED LANDSCAPE PLAN <br />1. A professional landscape plan must be <br />prepared by a competent Landscape <br />Designer or Landscape Architect. For <br />Final ARC approval, the plan must show <br />trees & shrubs, species size to be planted <br />& root type. Within 60 days of home com- <br />pletion the landscape plan must be sub- <br />stantially complete, at which time $2000 <br />will be refunded to the lot owner. <br /> <br />2. ARC reserves right to require addition- <br />al landscaping (above the minimum land- <br />scape budget) on lots where side and rear <br />house elevations are highly visible to <br />views from off-lot, and/or where lack of <br />architectural design or detailing must be <br />offset/screened with vegetation. <br /> <br />H.
