Matworks Ages 12-Adult <br />This class will focus on strength, <br />flexibility, balance and relaxation. Mats <br />will be provided, no other resistance <br />will be used. A great class for all ages <br />and fitness levels (Not a <br />cardiovascular work out) wear <br />comfortable clothes, tennis shoes and <br />bring a towel.
