Ms. Johnson stated signage will be installed letting everyone know which streets are private <br />Mayor Klinzing stated the city shouldn't begin to maintain private roads in the city. She <br />stated the city would need to justify the cost to the rest of the taxpayers. She stated it would <br />not be beneficial to the townhome residents because the roads would have to be improved <br />to meet city requirements, they would have to be built through the developments to fit the <br />city's grid street system. She stated the city would have to make a lot of changes to the roads <br />fox emergency vehicles access, pazking regulations, setbacks and right-of--way. <br />The Council concurred. <br />Councilmember Motin stated he supports the idea of trying to work with legislators ox see if <br />there is some type of offset that could be done fox these disparities. <br />
