THE MOTION CARRIED 3-2. <br />MAYOR KLINZING AND COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN OPPOSED. <br /> <br />Councilmember Motin stated that the changes were too minimal. Parking and <br />park issues were not addressed. Councilmember Motin felt the ordinance <br />requirements were not being followed. <br /> <br />7. Other Business <br /> <br />Councilmember Kuester stated that she attended a meeting in St. Paul regarding <br />the KNAPTA Institute at the U of M and the issues discussed concerned the best <br />practices for adolescent health. Councilmember Kuester stated that the program <br />is based on the Assets Model and some issues relating to cities such as selling <br />alcohol in grocery stores were discussed. Mayor Klinzing stated that Council <br />would take a look at the handout information. <br /> <br />8. Staff Updates <br /> <br />There were no staff updates. <br /> <br />9.
