CITY OF ELK RIVER RESIDENTIAL ANT1,01SPLACEMENT, RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AND DISPLACEMENT MINIMIZATION FLAN This plan requires the following: A. All replacement hour g wM be provided within three years after the commencement of the demolition or conversion.
