The National Environmental Policy Act, NEPA of 1969 (42 USC, Section 4321 et. seq.) and <br />other related acts related to the environment - Requires an analysis of projects, environmental <br />impact and a description of efforts to mitigate the impact. Section 40lf of the Lead-Based Poisoning Prevention Act, as amended (42 USC, Section 4831b) <br />requires the removal and prohibits the use of lead-based paint. <br /> <br />13.
