Ms. McPherson
stated that T&W Investments, LLC, is requesting a conditional use permit to allow
expansion of an automotive use in the I1 Light Industrial District. Ms. McPherson
discussed parking, landscaping, access, building elevations, outdoor storage,
signs, and grading, drainage and erosion control. Ms. McPherson stated that the
dumpster enclosure must be constructed of the same materials as the main
building and that if there were to be any outdoor storage in the future it would
need to be contained in this dumpster enclosure or the applicant would need to
come before the City to obtain a conditional use permit.

Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak for or
against the matter, Mayor Klinzing closed the public hearing.

Mayor Klinzing questioned whether access to the site would be limited to Ulysses
Street. Ms. McPherson stated that the permanent driveway access would be
installed now to match up with the future realignment of Ulysses Street.
