COMMISSIONER DAVE <br />ANDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />10.B.1. Hillside 8th Addition Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />Steve Wensman explained that Phoenix Enterprises is requesting preliminah/plat <br />approval to subdivide 62.74 acres into 111 single family lots. The developer is <br />proposing a 3.64 acre park to be located adjacent to the power line corridor on <br />Auburn Street, across from the existing water tower and Hillside Estates 5~h <br /> <br /> <br />
