The final plat that was submitted only encompasses five lots at the end of the <br />existing Baldwin Street. A permanent cul-de-sac would need to be constructed along <br />with a small amount of public utilities. In reviewing the approved preliminary plat, the <br />final plat is consistent in the five-lot layout. The configuration of the lots is slightly <br />different than the configuration shown on the preliminary plat, but each lot meets the <br />dimensions required in the ordinance.
