Based on the site plan, the applicant <br />will be required to submit revised utility plans. <br /> <br />Drainaee and Utilities <br /> <br />The City Engineer's memo addresses site drainage and utilities. Based on the site plan, the <br />applicant will be required to submit revised utility plans. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff and the Planning Commission recommend that the City Council approve the <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a banking facility (Sterling Community <br />Bank) with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. ALL COMMENTS OF THE CITY ENGINEER BE ADRESSED <br />2. THE BUILDING SHALL COMPLY WITH THE BUILDING CODE <br /> REQUIREMENTS. <br />3. ONE ADDITIONAL HANDICAP-PARKING STALL SHALL BE <br /> PROVIDED. <br />4. A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL MEET THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE <br /> REQUIREMENTS. <br />5.
