It is <br />7.7 acres with an existing homestead located on the property with access to County Road 32. <br />The proposed subdivision will create three parcels; one for the existing home, and two <br />parcels which will be buildable with access to Pascal Street. The northwest 2.5-acre lot (Lot <br />1) will have frontage on both Pascal Street and County Road 32. It will not be allowed to <br />have access to the County Road.
