The Church Board and I would like to make the <br />following proposal to the City of Elk River: <br /> <br />1. That we will sell the "10.5 acre park land" for the amount of $215,000 and that the costs of this <br />transaction will be covered by the City. <br /> <br />2. That the City will assist us with our plat plan and let us use their existing plans without charge, <br />including "within 350 ft." of subject property. <br /> <br />3. That the sale is contingent upon our receiving a conditional use permit, building permit and access off <br />of Twin Lakes Road.
