A DETAILED LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE CONDOMINIUM AND <br /> TOWNHOME DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE PROVIDED. <br /> <br />20. A DETAILED TREE INVENTORY SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ORDER <br /> TO GRANT CREDIT FOR EXISTING TREES TO BE SAVED. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE ESTABLISHED FOR <br />THE MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMON AREAS.
