A strip of land 20.00 feet in width over that part of said South half of the Southwest <br />Quarter, the North line of which is contiguous with the South line of said above described <br />perpetual easement. <br /> <br />Said strip of land is to extend by its full width from a line drawn parallel with and distant <br />765.00 feet West of said East line of the South half of the Southwest Quarter to a line <br />drawn parallel with and distant 565.00 feet West of said East line of the South half of the <br />Southwest Quarter. <br /> <br />PARCEL NO. 17 <br />FEE OWNER: Ronald S.
