Department Staff <br /> <br />Director of Planning: <br /> <br />Michele McPherson <br /> <br />Michele was hired in May of 1999. Prior to her employment with the City, she was <br />City Planner for South St. Paul and Planning Assistant with the City of Fridley. She <br />has a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Minnesota. <br /> <br />Senior Planner: <br /> <br />Scott Harhcker <br /> <br />Scott began his employment with the City in 1996. Scott's previous experiences <br />include: Planner with the Town of Queensbury, New York, Planner with the City of <br />Poughkeepsie, New York, and Planning Assistant with Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He <br />has a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning. <br /> <br />Park Planner/Planner: <br /> <br />Chris Leeseberg started with the City in April 2001. Chris has a degree in Architecture <br />from the University of North Dakota, and was most recently employed by Miller <br />Building Design in St. Cloud. Chris has a lot of technical design experience and is <br />helping the department improve the quality of presentation and information it <br />provides. <br /> <br />Planning Administrative Assistant: <br /> <br />Debbie Huebner <br /> <br />Debbie has worked for the City for nine years, eight in the Planning Department. She <br />was also employed by the City as an Administrative Secretary from 1979 to 1985, at <br />which time she moved to Texas. <br /> <br /> <br />
