Ms. McPherson stated <br />that the city is requesting to vacate an easement granted by the City of Elk River for street <br />purposes over Lot 1, Block 1, Gospodor's Orono Lake Addition No.1. She stated that the <br />easement is no longer necessary and no longer functions for transportation purposes and <br />that part of the Public Safety Facility is now located on the easement. <br /> <br />Mayor KJinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor <br />ICJinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TVIETE MOVED TO APOPT RESOLUTION 02-98 FOR <br />THE CITY OF ELK RIVER FOR VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS, CASE NO.
