RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE MEETING TIME FOR REGULAR <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 2-52 of the City Code, the time of day of regular City <br />Council meetings shah be set by resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has deemed that the Council meeting time shah change from <br />6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota that the regular meetings of the City Council shall be held at 6:30 p.m. effective January 1, <br />2003. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of December 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Stephanie Kdinzing, Mayor <br /> <br />Sandra A.
