Specifically, the CRCCC recommends that Mn/DOT, togett~er with NCDA <br />staff, review, but not be limited to, the following issues: <br /> <br />· NCDA Station Criteria and results of initial NCDA evaluation and <br /> recommendation <br />· Impact on distribution ofridership among stations <br />· System ridership <br />· Travel times <br />· Operational impacts <br />· Capital and operating costs <br />· Station access <br />· Property availability <br />· Timing of implementation <br />· Transit oriented development potential <br /> <br />Mn/DOT Response: <br />Mn/DOT concurs that a station in the City of Ramsey should be reevaluated. This <br />evaluation cannot take place until Mn/DOT has f~anding to bring consultants under <br />contract for this type of work. That may not be until after the state's share of project <br />funding is secured.
