Green Company <br />Project No. 802400J <br /> <br />Pavement Rehabilitation Report <br /> City of Elk River, Minnesota <br /> <br />Any lot where subdivision is possible based on zoning requirements and <br />placement of existing structures on the lot should be assessed on a per unit <br />basis for each sub-dividable lot. <br /> <br />Corner lots - Corner lots that are bordered by two City streets should be <br />assessed at 100% of the per unit assessment regardless of where the <br />improvement is. <br /> <br />Double frontage units - If a lot faces on one street and backs onto another, it <br />should be assessed 100% of the per unit assessment regardless of where the <br />improvement is. An exception is if the lot can be subdivided, in which case <br />the lot would be assessed on a per unit basis for each sub-dividable lot. <br /> <br />-11 - <br /> <br /> <br />
