ATTACHMENT A CITY OF ELK RIVER PRECINCT PLAN (April 8, 2002) PRECINCT IA: That part of Ward 1 lying generally south of the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 10 and Zebulon Street easterly along the centerline of U.S. Highway to the east shore of Lake Orono, thence south and east along the easterly shore of lake Orono and Elk River, following the east shore until it terminates at the Mississippi River. PRECINCT lB: That part of Ward 1 lying generally north of the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 10 and Zebulon Street (westerly corporate boundary) easterly along the centerlme of U.S. Highway to the east shore of Lake Orono, thence south and east along the easterly shore of lake Orono and Elk River, following the east shore until it terminates at the Mississippi River. PRECINCT 2A: That part of Ward 2 lying generally north and west of the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 169 and 229th Avenue (northerly corporate boundary), southerly along the centerlme of U.S. Highway 169 to 205th Avenue (County Road 33) thence west and north along the centerlme of County Road 33 to County Road 1 (Elk Lake Road) thence southerly to the intersection of County Roads 1 and 32 0Vieadowvale Road; said point of termination). PRECINCT 2B: That part of Ward 2 lying generally south and east of the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 169 and 229th Avenue (northerly corporate boundary), southerly along the centerlme of U.S. Highway 169 to 205th Avenue (County Road 33) thence west and north along the centerline of County Road 33 to County Road (Elk Lake Road) thence southerly to the intersection of County Roads 1 and 32 (Meadowvale Road; said point of termination).
