RESOLUTION 02-01 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE ELK RIVER PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CONCERNING THE ELK RIVER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY'S DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PROPOSALS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the proposals made by the Elk River Economic Development Authority to establish <br />its Development Project No. 1 (the "Project") and adopt the Development Program <br />for the Project to reflect public development and redevelopment costs and activities; <br />all pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.090 through 469.108,469.001 <br />through 469.047, and 469.124 through 469.134, respectively (collectively, the <br />"Plans"), have submitted to the Elk River Planning Commission (the <br />"Commission"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Plans to determine the consistency of thePlans <br /> with the Comprehensive Plan of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River Planning Commission that the <br />Plans are consistent with the Elk River Comprehensive Plan and the Commission recommends <br />approval of the Plans to the Elk River City Council. <br /> <br />Adopted this 26~h day of March, 2002. <br /> <br />Mark Pederson <br />Chair <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> Recording Secretary <br /> <br />S:\PLANNINGkRESOLUTI\Res02-01City Hall.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
