Smith, 19360 Dodge Street NW, Elk River, MN <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Mr. Smith is requesting a license to operate a Billiard Hall at 19463 Evans Street N.W. The <br />Council will be reviewing the conditional use permit prior to considering this license request. <br /> <br />Section 712.10 (3) requires that the establishment not operate past 1:00 a.m. During <br />Planning Commission review of the conditional use permit, the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation is to allow the establishment to be open until 3:00 a.m. on Fridays and <br />Saturdays. <br /> <br />ACTION REOUESTED <br /> <br />Council motion either approving or denying the request for a Billiard Hall License for Mr. <br />Bruce Smith. <br /> <br />s:XcouncilXsandyXbilliards.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
