Ms. McPherson stated <br />that the applicant is requesting preliminary and final plat approval of Elk River Town Office <br />Development. She provided an overview of the project and discussed circulation, drainage, <br />utilities, landscaping, and the Planning Commission action. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor <br />Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />
