Peine, Sand~/

_ From:
Sent:
To:
Subject:

Clifford C. Lundberg [clifflund@sherbtel.net]
Friday, August 23, 2002 11:27 AM
cityclerk@ci.elk-river, mn. us
Downtown Revitalization

Clifford C
Lundberg.vd

To Mayor Stephanie and all council persons.

I have talked with all 3 proposed developers and listened to their
presentations. I believe the City would be best served by choosing Metro
Plains as the developer. They seem most competent and sensitive to the
historical issues involving our downtown. There present proposal reflects
the concerns of the downtown business people and the Heritage Commission. I
do not say I wholly approve their proposal, but the way they have developed
the proposal shows their concern for our town better than the other 2
developers.

Pleas vote for Metro Plains.
