In July the HRA and City Council completed an <br />interview of the three selected finalist developers - TOLD Development, MetroPlams <br />Development, and Best & Hempel. <br /> <br />Jim Prosser, of Ehlers & Associates will be present at the HRA meeting to discuss the <br />preliminary development process. <br /> <br />Requested Action <br />Staff recommends that the HRA authorize staff and Ehlers & Assoc. to negotiate a <br />Preliminary Development Agreement with a selected developer for the Downtown <br />Revitalization Project. A draft Preliminary Development Agreement will be presented to the <br />HRA for review and consideration at its regular meeting in September. <br /> <br />The City Council is asked to ratify the HRA's selection of a developer at the regular City <br />Council meeting immediately following the HRA meeting. <br /> <br />&\Downtown Revitalization\ Memos~devselecdon.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
