MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br />MONDAY, AUGUST 26, 2002 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Iadinzing, Councilmembers Dietz, Kuester, Mot_in, and Tveite <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />City Administrator Pat I~aers, Finance Director Lori Johnson, Director of <br />Economic Development Catherine Mehelich, Recreation Manager Michele <br />Bergh, Chief of Police Tom Zerwas, Fire Chief Bruce West, City <br />Prosecuting Attorney Chris Johnson, and City Clerk Sandra Peine <br /> <br />Call Meeting To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called <br />to order at 6:20 p.m. by Mayor Iadinzing. <br /> <br />Consider 8/26/2002 Agenda <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. <br />COUNCILMEMBER TVEITE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />Consider Consent Agenda <br /> <br />The following amendments were made to the 8/19/02 City Council minutes: <br /> <br />Page 10 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />- Name change to Jeanette Ertel <br />- Add the following sentence to the end of the first paragraph. "Council directed <br />staff to draft a resolution to MnDOT relating to the corridor study and to bring the <br />resolution back to the Council for review and adoption." <br />- Second paragraph - add the following sentence.
