Thc maximum term for this transitional housing lease is 24 months. <br />Lcsscc understands that his/her monthly :'cllt obligation shall not cxcccd thc grcatcr of 30% of thc <br />[kmulv's monthly a~iustcd income. 10% of thc lkm~ily's monthly income, or any part oFwclfarc paymcnts <br />receiVe'cd l¥om a'public agency by thc [umily st~cifically designated by thc agency for housing costs.
