EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />FUEL-GAS PIPING PERMIT FEES <br /> <br />The Chief Building Inspector, before issuing any permit for the installation of <br />any fuel-gas piping, shall require the payment by the applicant for such permit <br />of fees in the amount herein provided. <br /> <br />Minimum Fee <br /> <br />In no case shall the fee charged for any permit issued by the Chief Building <br />Inspector be less than Eighteen Dollars ($18.00). <br /> <br />Basic Fees <br /> <br /> (A) <br />The fees for all fuel-gas piping permits shall be computed on the basis of the <br />number of fuel-gas appliances. The fee for each appliance so provided for shall, <br />except as hereinafter otherwise specifically provided, be Six Dollars ($6.00) for <br />each fuel-gas appliance. <br /> <br /> (B) <br />Where any such permit is issued for roughing-in of fuel-gas lines for future <br />appliances, a fee of Six Dollars ($6.00) shall be charged for each line or lines. <br /> <br /> (c) <br />In addition to the Six Dollar ($6.00) charge for each fuel-gas appliance and <br />future fuel-gas lines run for appliance, a Six Dollar ($6.00) charge for the main <br />fuel-gas supply in the building shall be charged. <br /> <br /> (D) <br />For the purpose of this article, a gas appliance shall be taken to mean a <br />furnace, range, water heater, dryer, fireplace, barbecue, etc. <br /> <br />s: \b&z\ord-fuel.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
