ORDINANCE 08-03' CITY OF ELK RIVER AN ORDINANCE OF THE +CITY OF ELK RIVER AMEND - ING SECTION 30 -1292 OF THE ELK RIVER CITY CODE . %O TO THE RqHT regulating permitted uses in the I' -1 Zoning District, shall be amended to read as follows: (b) Permitted uses. Permitted uses in the I -1 district are as fol- lows: (1) Offices. (2) Warehouses. (3) Research/design facilities. (4) Wholesale businesses. (5) Medical, dental, and optical labs. ^� Light manufacturing. Water /sewage treatment, ipanicipality owned and operated, Ind provided written notice must be sent to all property owners within 350 feet. ,Section 2. That Section 30 -1292 (d) of the Elk River City Code regulating conditional uses per- mitted uses in the I -1 Zoning Dis- trict, shall be amended to read as follows: (d) Conditional uses. Condi- tional uses in the I -1 district are as follows: Section. 3. That this ordinance shall take effect upon publication as provided by law.
