ORDINANCE 08-03' <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE <br />+CITY OF ELK RIVER AMEND - <br />ING SECTION 30 -1292 OF THE <br />ELK RIVER CITY CODE . <br />%O TO THE RqHT <br />regulating permitted uses in the <br />I' -1 Zoning District, shall be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />(b) Permitted uses. Permitted <br />uses in the I -1 district are as fol- <br />lows: <br />(1) Offices. <br />(2) Warehouses. <br />(3) Research/design facilities. <br />(4) Wholesale businesses. <br />(5) Medical, dental, and optical <br />labs. <br />^� Light manufacturing. <br />Water /sewage treatment, <br />ipanicipality owned and operated, <br />Ind provided written notice must <br />be sent to all property owners <br />within 350 feet. <br />,Section 2. That Section 30 -1292 <br />(d) of the Elk River City Code <br />regulating conditional uses per- <br />mitted uses in the I -1 Zoning Dis- <br />trict, shall be amended to read as <br />follows: <br />(d) Conditional uses. Condi- <br />tional uses in the I -1 district are <br />as follows: <br />Section. 3.
