The Ci must take action b May 5, 2008. Requested Action Lot Split Location and Size Appxoxirnately 4.69 acres south of Hwy 10/169, west of Edison street in the south eastern portion of the community. Location Existing Use Land Use Plan Designation Current Zoning Subject Property Single Family Res Rural Residential (RR) R-1a North Single Family Res RR R-1a South Single Family Res RR R-1a East Single Family Res RR R-1a West Single Family Res RR R-la Overview/Analysis The applicant is fulfilling the requirements of a variance granted fox their property at 9927 - 154' Avenue with this request. The variance allows them to create two lots, with one lot under the 2.5 acre minimum lot size requirements. Parcel A will be 108,906 square feet, 2.5 acres and parcel B will be 93,975 square feet, 2.15 acres. The description shown on the plan will have to be changed to reflect the correct lot sizes. A plat is also required for recording. Drainage and utility easements should be shown on the plat. A new lot is being created therefore; park dedication fox one lot is to be collected at the time of final plat recording. The 2008 fee is $3,465.00.
