The variance allows them to create two lots, with one lot under the 2.5 <br />acre minimum lot size requirements. <br />Parcel A will be 108,906 square feet, 2.5 acres and parcel B will be 93,975 square feet, 2.15 acres. <br />The description shown on the plan will have to be changed to reflect the correct lot sizes. A plat is <br />also required for recording. Drainage and utility easements should be shown on the plat. <br />A new lot is being created therefore; park dedication fox one lot is to be collected at the time of final <br />plat recording.
