The addition will be in place <br />of an existing parking and green space area. <br />The addition will include three "wings", forming a courtyard in the middle and a perennial garden <br />on the north side. <br />Architecture. The facade improvements will include asphalt shingles, stucco, brick, and stone. The <br />colors will include tans and browns, intended to compliment the existing structure. <br />The space will be used to relocate 42 existing beds in the facility. The expansion will allow Guardian <br />Angels to provide additional service and amenity to residents. There is no proposed increase to the <br />number of beds in the facility. <br />Analysis <br />City Staff completed a review of the proposal at an internal staff meeting on June 7rh, and generated <br />several comments.
