David J. Moody, FSA, MAAA <br />Health Care Consultant and Actuary <br />Over the past 15 years, Dave has been a health and welfare actuary and consultant. <br />He has worked with large and medium sized employers to develop their active and <br />retiree health and welfare strategy. Specific areas of focus include design, pricing, <br />financing and funding, and ongoing program management and measurement. Dave <br />has experience working on a variety of health and welfare programs, including active <br />and retiree health care, disability, and life insurance. <br />Dave worked for an international consulting firm for over 12 years in various <br />capacities, including group actuary, lead strategy consultant, and local practice <br />manager. Before moving to consulting, he spent almost three years with a major <br />insurance company. <br />Dave is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American <br />Academy of Actuaries (MAAA.)
