ORDINANCE 08- <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING SECTIONS <br />30-1292 OF THE ELK RIVER CITY CODE RELATING TO THE LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. That Section 30 -1292 (b) of the Elk River City Code regulating permitted <br />uses in the I-1 Zoning District, shall be amended to read as follows: <br />(b) Permitted uses. Permitted uses in the I-1 district are as follows: <br />(1) Offices. <br />(2) Warehouses. <br />(3) Research/design facilities. <br />(4) Wholesale businesses. <br />(5) Medical, dental, and optical labs. <br />(6) Light manufacturing. <br />(71 Water/sewage treatment, municipality owned and operated <br />Section 2. That Section 30 -1292 (d) of the Elk River City Code regulating conditional <br />uses permitted uses in the I-1 Zoning District, shall be amended to read as follows: <br />(d) Conditional uses. Conditional uses in the I-1 district are as follows: <br />Section 3.
