The following fees shall apply: <br />a. A surface water management fee shall be paid at the time the final plat is <br />released for recording. <br />2. Park dedication shall be provided in the following manner: <br />a. In the form of cash for 17.1-acres at the rate applicable at the time of final plat <br />approval. <br />3. A letter of credit in the amount of 100% of the cost of the improvements shall be <br />submitted prior to the releasing of the final plat for recording. <br />4. All required subdivision/park information shall be provided in an electronic format <br />(.dwg file) as required by the City Ordinance and Land Use Application prior to <br />recording of the plat. <br />5. The final plat of Portside Addition should provide access control such that there will <br />be no access from Portside Addition to Naples Street. <br />6.
