These four lots <br />(created cooperatively with LeFebvre Companies) will be developed in conjunction with <br />the North Star Corridor Rail Station and the city's development of Gateway Business <br />Park. <br />Jabez received final plat approval from the Elk River City Council on May 15, 2006, at <br />which time a one year extension was grant for recording the plat (good until May 15, <br />2008). Elk River Ford Dodge Jeep and LeFebvre Companies are requesting an additional <br />one year extension for recording the Plat of Jabez or until May 15, 2009. The extension <br />will help us better coordinate the development of these lots into uses that are a good fit <br />with the train station and the development of the city's property. <br />Elk River Ford-Dodge-Jeep is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer <br />
