~~/ <br />City of <br />Elk -_.-~ <br />River <br />REQUEST FOR ACTION <br />To Item Number <br />Ci Council 3.5. <br />Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br />Consent Februa 19, 2008 Rebecca Hau ,Environmental Admin. <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />Resolution Amending Resolution 07-88 Establishing Meeting Lori ohnson, Ci Administrator <br />Dates and Times for the Heritage Preservation Commission Reviewed by <br />Action Requested <br />Staff is requesting the council adopt the attached resolution amending resolution 07-88 establishing the <br />Heritage Preservation Commission meeting dates. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) is requesting that their meeting dates be changed to the <br />third Thursdays of the month at 6:00 p.m. The HPC currently meets on the second Tuesday of the <br />month which occasionally causes scheduling conflicts for staff. The previous meeting dates were <br />established based on the Planning Commission changing their dates; however, since the Planning <br />Commission has decided not to change their meeting dates at this time, The HPC would like to change <br />their meeting dates.
