West, Fire Chief DATE: Apri{ 5, 20x6 SUBJECT: Site P{an Review Meeting of Tuesday, April 4, 2006 The site plan review committee met on Tuesday, April 54, 2006 and I would like to make the following comments: 1. Request by Bill Matthews for a Conditional Use Permit for automobile sales, located at 13342 Highway 10, Case No. CU 06-11 The Fire Department requests that Bill Matthews meet with Fire Inspector Cliff Anderson to discuss possible building improvements to ensure that they meet the intent of the International Fire Code. 2. Request by Kevin/Kyleen Refiners for a Conditional Use Permit to allow additional horses. located at 9630 213` Avenue, Case No. CU 06-08 No comments. 3. Request by River of Life Church for an extension to an interim use permit for a Portable office and a Conditional Use Permit far portable classrooms located at 21695 EIk Lake Road, Case No. CU 06-09 The Fire Department requests the River of Life Church to meet with Fire Inspector Cliff Anderson to discuss expansion and use of portable classrooms to ensure they meet the intent of the International Fire Code. 4. Request by Michael Elzufon to amend the Conditional Ise Permit for Jackson Villas to allow a reduction in the amount of exterior brick on the townhouses located on the west side of Jackson Avenue, north of 6`~ Street, Case No. CU 06-10 No comments. 5. Request by Wilkus Architects for a Conditional Use Permit for adrive-thru for Caribou Coffee, located at 19425 Evans Street (Coborns Foods, Case No. CU 06-13 Any updates of the building must meet the intent of the International Fire Code. Discussion after reviewing site plan concerning the cars exiting the drive-thru window interfering with truck parking at the loading dock.
