All spoils must be removed from t/xe wetland boundary to an upland site. Spoil piles are to be spread around the existin (tome outside the wetland boundary and must be placed so that no erosion will occur which results in sediment bein deposited back into the wetland. Best Management Practices for erosion control (silt fence and/or erosion control blankets) must be placed between the wetland edge and the area where spoils are placed It js the applicant's responsibility to know where the limits of this permit lie The project must follow the plan submitted unless chance is authorized by the ?'ethnical Evaluation Panel The applicant must ensure approval from the Army Corps of Engineers. This permit will expire on May 18, 2009.
