ORDINANCE 08-01 AN ORDINANCE OF, THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMEND- ING SECTION 30-374 OF THE ELK RIVER CITY CODE RELATING TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT. The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as lows: rg)zulating on 1.That Section 30,374 ( the Elk River City Code r approval of Final Plat shall be afnended to read as fol- lows: ec. 30 -374. Approval of final p at. (a) Following approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivider may file an application for approval of a final plat fqr all or a portion of'the preliminary plat. The application shall be n a form required by the city anahall be companied by four eo ies of the `1 plat prepared by a land sur- or duly registered in the state. .-Failure of the subdivider to sub- mit the final plat within one year, Unless wwritten request for extensionhas been submitted and for good cause granted by the council, shall cause the prelimi- nary plat to become null and void. However, the subdivider may con- tinue to final plat a phase of the approved preliminary plat within two years of each phase in order to extend valid approval of the preliminary plat. Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon publication as provided by law.
