A
new venue this year is the new Senior Center at the old library. The ERAAA plans to work with artists to provide a
variety of appropriate art at these and other locations throughout the yeaz.
Most exciting for our members is the Artery, our new gallery and office, soon to open on Main St in downtown Elk
River. This space will offer a place for anyone to see -and maybe buy -great art. They might meet, or take a class
from, the artist. We will be able to provide a small venue for a new artist just starting out, for an author to introduce
a new book or just as a place to gather and shaze stories.
In addition we will still be working with Community Education to provide year-round arts classes through ArtScape.
As always, we want to thank you for your continuing support. It is absolutely vital to the programs the ERAAA
offers to -our community.
Sincerely,
EIk River Area Arts Alliance
Boazd',of?Diroecto '
~w `'"-'
David Raymond Ch u•
